Penny Parlor Mudroom
Jon Paul, owner and founder of Superior Renovations, LLC, has worked in the remodeling and carpentry business for over 17 years. You can also find him on DIY Network's "Stone House Revival" and Lowe's "The Weekender". He recently collaborated with fashion and lifestyle blogger, The Penny Parlor, to design a mudroom for her home that would provide storage, organization and functionality to a very busy family of five.
Five cubbies were designed with storage drawers below, cubbies for baskets and closed storage above. Complete with antiqued hardware, hooks and a gorgeous walnut bench top. Their collaboration and my images were featured on the Penny Parlor blog, the article details tips and steps for a successful renovation. Visit Penny Parlor blog for full story:
I photographed Jon throughout the entire process from client meeting, in progress build images to the final shoot. In working together we both saw the advantage of having a photographer on site to capture a project from start to finish. This is especially challenging for those with "hands on" careers.
We are currently collaborating with "Brand You Photo" , a service that offers professional photography for those wanting to grow their business and brand. More information "Brand You Photo" on the above post.
Earl's New American
Rebekah Brown is the creator and lead designer for Bethany Design Co. Her roots for design began while growing up in the hospitality industry, which provided many opportunities for creating beautiful and cozy spaces for guests to enjoy. This passion for design inspired her to complete a degree in interior design. With over ten years of designing residential, retail and commercial spaces, Rebekah is known for creating timeless, simple and classic spaces for her clients.
I was thrilled with the opportunity to photograph her stunning transformation of Earl's New American Restaurant in Peddlers Village, Lahaska PA. A perfect blend of rustic casual elegance that certainly creates a "wow factor".

We Can Go Anywhere
In this beautiful example of a child's innocence, we are taught that a little imagination can take us a long way. What the rest of the world sees as a limitation becomes a great source of adventure and freedom for Elaina and her dad. This book is a beautifully illustrated story about living with a disability and the strength and resiliency that result, but in its truest sense, it is a story about the love between a father and a daughter.
Written by Glenn Dick for his daughter Elaina, I had the honor of illustrating this amazing story. Words cannot express how much this project means to me. "We Can Go Anywhere" has been published and is available on Amazon and Barnes and Noble on line and local book stores.
